It’s a day full of surprises for the Belchers: The kids find a big chunk of ambergris at the beach, and Bob and Linda meet Felix, Mr. Fischoedor’s brother, who is taking over the landlording.
The restaurant needs the water in the bathroom fixed, but Felix decides to replace the whole thing.
Meanwhile, Louise is turning into Gollum with the ambergris, and cuts out Tina, Gene, and Mickey — who helped find someone to take the ambergris off their hands. Louise gets played by the buyer, only to find out that Tina played her (she swapped out the ambergris for some dirty socks and a cantaloupe). Seeing how it corrupts everyone, Tina tosses the ambergris into the deep fryer.
Back at the restaurant, Bob is losing his mind without a functional bathroom. A week later, the bathroom is unveiled with a DJ and wine party — and is a total flop.

Review
The Hummus a Tune Burger is covered in roasted red peppers and garlicky hummus, with lettuce coming in underneath and brioche bun bookends.
The hummus for this burger is absolutely amazing. We made way too much for the burgers, but I cashed the rest in a matter of hours — not days.
The rest of the burger is more on the “meh” side. The peppers don’t really provide anything. Our’s ended up more mushy than anything else. It is a good burger, not great.
But that hummus, keep this recipe for that alone!
